1. Scope of the License
PromptLock Pro is provided under a lifetime, single-user seat license. You are granted a personal, non-transferable right to load the extension side panel and use its sandboxed developer dashboard. Redistribution or resale of the signed license token is strictly forbidden.
2. Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK)
The software is designed as a developer interface to run local execution. We do not host completion gateways or sell model API credits. You are solely responsible for managing and safeguarding your keys and the token costs accrued on your third-party provider accounts.
3. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a full **14-day refund guarantee** due to the local-first nature of the purchase. To claim a refund, you must submit a request through the contact form on the home page or email cto@secrooq.com directly. All refund notifications are routed via Brevo to our engineering queue for prompt processing.
4. Disclaimers and Limitations
PromptLock Pro is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee model availability, completion speed, or compatibility if third-party providers alter their API payload contracts without prior notification.
5. Cryptographic Revocation
Sharing, publishing, or committing your signed Ed25519 token to public repositories will result in permanent license revocation. Revocation checks are managed via our public verification endpoints.
