1. License Scope

PromptLock Pro is provided under a lifetime, single-user license. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to install and utilize the extension for personal and commercial activities.

2. Offline-First Architecture Bounds

The software runs entirely local-first inside your browser sandbox. We do not provide, host, or take liability for external model APIs or gateway proxies configured by users. You are solely responsible for managing your API credits and endpoints (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Ollama).

3. Stripe & Crypto Licensing

Licensing fees are processed securely via Stripe. Upon checkout completion, an asymmetric Ed25519 signature license token is automatically generated and emailed. Sharing or publishing this token publicly is a violation of these terms and will result in license revocation.

4. Disclaimers

PromptLock Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding LLM model uptime, gateway connection speeds, or compatibility with future undocumented API schema shifts by third parties.
